Our practice
Plant-led sleep,
made slowly,
by hand.
sleepbotany is a small studio building a short shelf for the quiet hour β four formulas, no proprietary blends, no melatonin, no morning fog.
We started sleepbotany on a simple observation β that the difference between sedating yourself and falling asleep is not a marketing problem, it is a botany problem.
So we set a short shelf, and kept to it.
A magnesium spray that smells like a Kentucky garden after rain. A melatonin-free gummy you can take without grogginess. A tart cherry concentrate, cold-pressed in October. A valerian strip that dissolves in twenty seconds.
Four pieces of one quiet hour β drug-free, non-habit-forming, made in the United States, and labeled to the milligram.
The practice
Four convictions
we will not bend on.
Plants over isolates.
Magnesium chloride drawn with lavender. Valerian root, not extract powder. Tart cherry from October-pressed Montmorencys. Where a whole-plant preparation works, we choose it.
Melatonin-free, on purpose.
We formulate around L-theanine, passionflower, apigenin, and chamomile β botanicals that ease you into sleep without lingering into the next morning. No hormones, no fog.
One ingredient, one job.
No proprietary blends. No kitchen-sink stacks. Every botanical on the label is named, dosed in milligrams, and earning a place on the formula.
A short shelf.
Four formulas β sprays, gummies, capsules, strips β and nothing more competing for your nightstand. We grow the catalog the way we grow trust: slowly.
Begin with the plant.
Choose the ritual second.
Every formula starts with a botanical we already trust β magnesium, valerian, tart cherry, chamomile, L-theanine. From there we pick the form: a spray for the linen, a gummy on the tongue, a capsule with water, a strip that dissolves in twenty seconds.
Then the dose, set in milligrams, set by what the body actually uses β not by what looks impressive on a label.
A promise
If a formula does not earn a place on your nightstand, send it back inside thirty nights. We will make it right.
